Estimates & Scope of Work
All estimates provided by our technicians are based on an on-site physical inspection of your overhead garage door system. A detailed diagnostic assessment is conducted to identify the root cause of mechanical failure (including broken torsion springs, frayed cables, worn rollers, or opener motor faults).
No repair work will commence without your prior approval of the itemized estimate. Any unforeseen structural alterations or required electrical modifications will be brought to your attention before additional work proceeds.
Emergency & Same-Day Dispatch
We provide 24/7 emergency dispatch across Providence, Cranston, Warwick, Pawtucket, and surrounding Rhode Island communities. Arrival times (typically 30–45 minutes) are estimates subject to traffic conditions, severe weather events, and current call volume.
Warranties on Labor & Hardware
We take pride in our workmanship and stand firmly behind our installations:
- Labor Warranty: All repair work completed by our certified technicians is backed by a 1-year warranty on workmanship.
- Parts Warranties: High-cycle torsion springs, nylon rollers, steel cables, and garage door openers carry manufacturer-specific warranties, which will be provided to you in writing upon completion of service.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by vehicular collision, natural disasters, customer modification, unauthorized third-party tampering, or failure to perform basic periodic lubrication as instructed.
Safety & Customer Responsibilities
Garage door systems involve high-tension springs and heavy components. For your safety, pets, children, and vehicles must remain clear of the garage door opening during the inspection and repair process. Customers are advised never to attempt adjusting torsion springs or winding cones independently.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island.
